SHIPPING POLICY

If item is in stock, all orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

We may use one of the following carriers to ship our products: FedEx, UPS, USPS

SHIPPING RATES The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

BACK ORDERS

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.

PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

HOW IS MY INFORMATION USED?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE. Security and Storage Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data. Cookies and Browser Information Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in the quality and construction of our merchandise. Since our tunics are hand-dyed, the color process may be altered due to the sun, humidity and other natural elements. This gives each item a bit of character as they will each vary slightly.  Clothing made from prints will be cut in different areas causing each item to have a slightly different composition.  This gives each item a bit of character as they will each vary slightly.

We reserve the right to alter minor details featured on this site and in other informational materials we provide in the interest of maintaining product quality and design integrity.  Accordingly, products shipped to you may vary slightly from those depicted on this site or in such materials.

However, if any of our merchandise is defective you will be given a full refund or may make an exchange if you adhere to the following requirements:

You must notify customerservice@kikisol.com within 14 days of receiving the product.  Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Returned merchandise must be in the original condition, unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original kikisol.com sales receipt.  Merchandise purchased from locations other than www.kikisol.com will not be accepted and must be returned at the place of purchase.  Purchases made on our website may not be returned at any other retail outlet accept our website.  A copy of the receipt must be included in the return package with a note on the back stating the reason for the return.  We do not refund the original shipping and handling  paid on the order.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, however exceptions could occur if the product is defective.

All purchases of sale items are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

If the merchandise was not defective in any way, the customer may still receive a full refund but must pay shipping to return the product.

If the merchandise is returned more than 14 days after the date of receipt, a merchandise credit will be issued for the amount of the original purchase.  However, the customer is responsible for return shipping and/or the exchange shipping.  The customer will be advised of this amount once they have contacted KikiSol.

RETURN FOR REFUND

If the merchandise was damaged and you return merchandise for a refund within 14 days of delivery, the refund will be processed and credited to the same account the purchase was made from.

Please allow one full billing cycle after the date you received the product for your account to be credited.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

You may exchange your merchandise for the same item (if the original was defective), or for different items of the same or lesser value on this site.   Please allow one full billing cycle after the date you received the product for your account to be credited for the difference.

If the merchandise was not defective in any way, the customer may receive a full refund but must pay shipping to return the product and shipping for the new product.

Please inquire with customer service for the return address.  Please return all merchandise with a delivery service that provides a tracking number and requires a signature for verification of receipt (FedEx, UPS or USPS registered mail).  Please insure that your package is insured and that shipping costs are paid.  We do not accept returns via COD.
